Particle replication

hello i have currently run into an issue i have been trying to place a static mesh and particle effects on a base bullet so it is inherited by all the children.
the shot spawns on the server when i fire then runs it to everything else you never see it but only problem is when i try to add particle effects or anything to it.
it spawns on the client and the projectile still continues but the static mesh or particles just sit there until the shot itself either times out or hits an object. I know it moves because i see it on the server but not for the client.
