I’m working on wrapping up a project in Unreal, but am having trouble getting a particle system to fire when the player taps an input. I have the particle system as a child of my player capsule, and tried using an Activate node in my player blueprint after the input logic occurs, referring to the particle system as the target. However, whenever I test this, no particles appear at all. Could anybody offer some advice on this? This is my first time working with a particle and I feel like I’m missing something simple.
