Partial resizing issue when exporting from Blender

When exporting an FBX to UE5, I’m running into an issue I have no clue how to fix.

If someone could explain to me what I’m doing wrong and how to fix it, that would be greatly appreciated!

Ended up fixing the problem. Had to fix the weight paint in blender.
