Partial destructable object

When u create a destructable mesh, for example a window and shoot it, the entire window breaks.
Is it possible to only partially break the window at impact location?

For windows it does not matter that much, but i also have walls of certain materials that can be blown up or shot appart.
For example, shooting holes in a wooden door with a shotgun. Blast door locks with C2 charges …
