Paragon Launcher error 0xc000007b

I just downloaded Paragon from the oficial website and once I install an error message shows up, saying "“The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.” I have already sent an e-mail to Paragon suport center but every time I send them a new e-mail they tell me todo something different. I have already reinstalled all Microsoft Visual c++. My DirectX and my pc are up to date.They told me to run DWalker and send them the log.text. They also said to use Procmon and send the logfile.
