Finally found it!
Special thx to Epic animation series with Shinbi character
For some people who completely new in animations and particles (like me):
open animations Attack_Melee_A, Attack_Melee_B and Attack_Melee_C (not montage) and add new animation notify state that called Trail to Notifies timing line
select trail state block and write P_Kallari_Primary_Trail in PSTemplate field
write sword_base_r(or l, depends on hand that you need) in First Socket Name field
write sword_tip_r(or l, depends on hand that you need) in Second Socket Name field
leave the field Width Scale Mode as is (From centre)
change the width of trail block to what you want in selected animation
