Paragon Character Workflow

Hello! I’m a newbie trying to learn how to make characters for Unreal and I was wondering if anyone knows the workflow that was used in making the characters in Paragon? I tried opening the character Grux in Maya and I’ve several questions, like how does the UVs work when they’re on top of each other? I was under the impression that Unreal doesn’t do UDIMs. I watched the Paragon Character texturing pipeline video but was wondering if anyone knows of a more in-depth one that starts from the hi-res model baking? thanks!
