Can i use Paragon Assets and Characters in commercial UE4 projects and Merchandise Articles (t-Shirts…)?
Can i edit the Paragon Assets and Characters as I would like for my own project?

I should clarify that the Paragon assets can only be used in UE4 and under the UE4 EULA.
