Hello everyone. I’m working on my own 2D platformer game. The entire game is made using TranslucentUnlit materials, with all Y coordinates at 0 and using Translucent Sort Priority to ensure proper layering without glitches. I’m currently optimizing a project and learned that transparent materials are very resource-intensive. My entire game relies on them (backgrounds, parallax effects, tiles, objects, characters, etc.) I’d like to convert everything to masked, but it doesn’t work with transparency sorting. How can I keep everything at Y-0 and still sort masked materials? Thanks in advance.
