I've got the same problem (with 7 panorama's). 24h ago I did not have this problem.
Same here while trying to publish a largish scene to cloud. Same scene worked ok a couple of days ago.
I'm seeing the same issue. Successfully uploaded a 2 pano set. A 5 pano uploaded but 1 pano is blank. Tried to upload just the blank one but then got the EULA error. Tried switching off animations in the scene to see if that made a difference but error persists. Sorry I don't currently have time to fill out a bug report.
Saludos.
i confirm the answer of CharlordLamp i complete close epic launcher and restart tm wait about 9h to upload and take the same error !!!
Hi,
I get this error when trying to export a 8K picture as PNG file????
Can anyone tell me what - if any - solution there is to this?
Best regards
Jesper
Hi everyone,
Just to clarify, only closing the Epic Games Launcher is not enough.
We are having an issue with the auth token not being renewed, meaning that it is necessary to log out and log in again using your Epic credentials to renew the auth token and avoid the error.
This is one of our priorities to fix at the moment and hope to release it asap.
Cheers,
Francesco
So whilst my french isn't great - the answer appears to be restart TM through the Epic games launcher. It worked for me :)
Google translate of the linked answer - much better than my schoolboy french ;)
Hello and thank you for contacting us. We are aware of the problem and are working to find a solution. In the meantime, I suggest you completely log out of the Epic Games Launcher. Make sure the app and Launcher are completely closed. Re initialize the Epic Games Launcher, Log in and start Twinmotion. Let us know if the problem persists.
