Paintable Cloth Parameters

Hey there!
I think it’s known that for most of 3d softwares, cloth simulated assets have there properties able to be painted - such as strechyness, bendyness, etc.
I fear Unreal have’t this ability so far, but I figure it would be very much cool if that got implemented. The difficulty of coming with that is beyond my scopes, so I ask here is it possible to be done? Is it on the road map whatsoever?
