[PAID] We're Looking for a C++ Developer for a Small MMO!

Edit: Found!

Hello! The team behind FeralHeart Unleashed is looking for a solid C++ developer to help our game make the switch from OGRE to Unreal Engine 4!

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who can at least work with us somewhat part-time to re-develop the game for UE4. Efficiency in UE4 and C++ is a must, as possibly is proficiency with blueprints and databases like phpMyAdmin/MySQL/MariaDB. Experience with multiplayer UE games is strongly preferred.

This person should also be able to work well and closely with other designers and developers of the game, and should be able to take feedback, suggestions, or criticisms well from the team and the game’s existing community.

This is a completely remote position and payment is a possibility, but as a small indie team, this relies solely on our Patreon.

What is FeralHeart Unleashed?

Based off of the original code from KovuLKD’s FeralHeart, FeralHeart Unleashed (FHU) is a small, 3D, chat-based multiplayer game that started development in 2019. Since then, it has been worked on by a small team of volunteers who are passionate about improving upon the features of the original FeralHeart game.

Currently, like most FeralHeart and Impressive Title-based games, FHU is currently made for the OGRE graphics engine and is coded in C++. But, since the departure of our last coder and due to worries that the other systems FHU runs on aren’t built to last, we’re looking to make the switch to UE4 in hopes of putting out something more secure that could possibly offer us more possibilities than what OGRE can. Note that experience with OGRE is not needed, but is a huge plus!
