3D Map Making Application

Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Unreal Engine Technical Artist to bridge the gap between art and technology in real-time environments. The player (user) will create and manipulate detailed 3D maps using procedural tools, real-time rendering, and advanced Unreal Engine features.

Includes:

  • Optimized shaders, materials, and procedural textures for real-time rendering.
  • Realistic & stylized lighting, post-processing, and Niagara-based VFX.
  • Performance improvements via LODs, instancing, and occlusion culling.

Talent Required:
Unreal Engine Technical Artist (1 Position)

  • Expertise in Unreal Engine (Material Editor, Niagara, Lumen, Mega Light, UMG, Blueprints, Shader development).
  • Strong understanding of PBR workflows, procedural texturing, and real-time rendering techniques.
  • Experience optimizing game environments using Nanite, virtual textures, and occlusion culling.
  • Knowledge of performance profiling tools in Unreal (GPU/CPU bottlenecks, memory optimization).
  • Experience in procedural world-building using Houdini, Blueprints, or Python scripting.
  • Ability to collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers to refine workflows.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in RTS, Strategy, or Open-World games.
