[PAID] Third person control rig setup with head rotation and ADS arm sway to match reticle

Hi,

I’m looking for someone who can setup an advanced control rig that can mimic aim offsets and head rotation. The head rotation will follow the camera when the player stands still and I also want to be able to focus on POI like collectibles, enemies and things in the distance like backdrops/mountains for cinematics.

I also want ADS (Aim down sight) sway for the characters arms when they aim that mimcs the sway of the reticle on screen. I have a simple camera shake that mimics sway currently and I have upgrades on my weapon base (Stability upgrade for example) which should be feed into the control rig that scales the intensity of the sway to match up with the crosshair on screen.

Recoil on the characters arms where the elbows and shoulders flinch upwards would also be ideal.

For reference games like The Evil Within series and Helldivers look to have similar setups.
All I require is that you have experience with control rigs and hopefully have done similar setups before. I have an existing animation pipeline that uses linked anim layers and aim offsets currently.
