The Position:
Polker is looking for a 2 Senior Level Designer (3D Artist skillset and 3D environment Artist skillset) Short term (90 Days) to play a central role in the leadership of the gaming business. You will be working alongside the Game Manager and the Chief of Gaming. The roles will be level optimization including 3D characters and models, and another role for 3D environments. We have the scenes already but it needs to be optimized not just for the models/assets, but as well for proper lighting, shadows, materials, and textures.
Responsibilities & Required Qualifications:
- portfolio with at least 2 examples of technical art skills in Unreal and/or Maya/3ds Max within the last 3 years.
- 5+ years experience with Unreal Engine
- Active communication skills at a professional level
- Expertise in material optimization and lights inside Unreal Engine
- Knowledge of Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Python, C#, or other scripting languages.
- Expertise in at least one DCC package

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors that are included but are not limited to experience, performance, location, and education. The range listed is just one component of Polker’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include (but are not guaranteed to be) cash bonuses, PKR bonuses, and region-specific benefits.
