Are you interested in how to apply VR to support and educate the healthcare professionals of the future? Join our LAIXR team as an Unreal VR Developer and help create the next generation of medical simulations. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team including VR developers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Sound Engineers, Healthcare Technicians, Industrial Product Designers, Technical Physicians and Surgeons on an platform that’s already making a difference in cardiothoracic surgery training.

Key Responsibilities:
• ⁠Develop and enhance medical simulation applications in Unreal Engine 5
• Integrate and optimize Neural Network Engine features in Unreal
• Collaborate on projects that utilize the MetaXR SDK
• Develop and maintain backend systems, ensuring seamless integration with RESTful APIs for efficient client-server communication, while adhering to best practices in API design, performance, and security

Qualifications:
• Experience with Unreal Engine and C++
• Experience with MetaXR SDK is desirable
• Experience in the integration of AI models in Unreal is desirable
• Motivation to make impactful serious games to improve healthcare training
