At its core, 3D CityScapes Inc. believes in building virtual solutions for real-world problems. We’re a 3D visualization startup that works with public and private organizations to build high-quality software applications to help clients overcome their issues. Since its inception in 2019, 3DCS has worked with customers in the proptech, digital twin, smart building, and real estate industries both in and outside of Canada.
Our projects are global and so is our team. We’re located in Toronto but have recently shifted to a remote work environment and are looking to add a full-time, permanent senior 3D artist to join our production team. The ideal candidate is a team player, excels at working remotely, and shares our organization’s goal of building high-quality virtual environments to solve problems.

What You’ll Do:
Working with the Project Manager and the rest of the Production Team, you’ll play an important role in modeling infrastructure, hero buildings, props, and supporting other deliverables. Candidates who have experience creating renders, hot spot tours, and videos in Unreal Engine 5 are highly desired.
You Are Someone Who Has:
- Three to five years of real-world experience in 3D game art and level design
- High proficiency in 3D modelling software (Maya, 3DS Max, Houdini, Blender, etc…)
- One to three years of experience with Substance Designer creating textures
- Three to five years of experience working with Unreal Engine
- Strong knowledge of shaders within Unreal Engine
- A strong desire to collaborate and build something with others
- A keen eye for detail and attention to virtual environments
- A good attitude on receiving and giving out feedback to your peers
Nice To Haves:
- Post-secondary education in 3D art, modelling, game, or level design
- Some knowledge of path tracing and setting up camera paths in UE
- Basic knowledge around working with 3D hot spot tours
- Intermediate Photoshop experience
- Familiarity with MS Office suite applications
