Looking for an individual to join my team on an awesome job. I’m a popular broadcaster/comedian and am developing something never been done before. Need someone who can work with US time regardless of your location. Can discuss more details via Skype. Would prefer someone with 3-5 hours a day available. Looking for someone a.s.a.p.

Unreal Engine
Animation
Some modeling
Texturing
Coding
Some experience with Blender and Unity would be nice but not required.

Just gonna ask some critical questions here.

  1. Why is Unity knowledge a pro for an Unreal Engine game? Just wondering there.
  2. Do you really expect to find a single person with all of these skills? I mean, I can do all of these to some degree, but I suck at most of them, and I think that goes for most people. Might want to make those expectations a little more realistic.
  3. Have you considered discussing what the concept actually is? Not a lot of people are going to sign up for something without knowing what it is.
  4. If it’s paid, you might want to give a range on what kind of payment can be expected. Same reason as 2.
