[PAID] niagra or generative/evolving particle systems expert - algorithmically defined geometries + mesh morphing

Looking for someone with a lot of experience creating generative / evolving particle systems in Unreal- most likely using Niagra. If you have experience working with Octane in unreal this is a plus.
