We are New Game Plus, a recruitment agency currently partnering with several indie game development studios that have been making their mark in the industry for years, creating innovative games and unique player experiences.
We are looking for a full-time Game Designer (40 hrs/week) to help with documentation, ideation and project management to ensure our Asana boards and Notion are up to date while also designing new gameplay mechanics for our upcoming indie titles.
Joining at this point in development would be very beneficial for any game designer interested in taking their indie development experience to the next level!
Must-Have Skills:

Strong game design fundamentals — able to design and improve gameplay systems and features.
