Looking for Developers for a Hardcore Open World FPS Project (Compensation Through Kickstarter Funding. Or Straight Paid For Fixes/Reworks)

Hello everyone,

We’re currently developing a hardcore first-person shooter inspired by games like Escape from Tarkov,DayZ and H1Z1, focusing on immersive weapon handling, realistic gameplay, and a strong progression system. We’re looking to bring on a few passionate team members who are interested in helping build something ambitious. We are currently in a rut with 2 other devs besides myself with our knowledge/skill. Our setup we have now has all the functionality of our open world survival FPS game just need some tweaks and fixes/Design reworks of our game.

Positions Needed

Blueprint Developer (Unreal Engine)

  • Gameplay systems

  • Inventory and weapon mechanics

  • General UE5 Blueprint work

Animator

  • First-person weapon animations

  • Reloads, inspections, and movement animations

  • Experience with realistic FPS animation is a huge plus

3D Weapon Artist

  • High-quality firearm models

  • Optimization for game use

  • Experience creating realistic military weapons preferred

Compensation

At the moment, this is an unpaid project. However, all team members will be compensated from Kickstarter funding once the campaign launches and reaches its goals. Revenue-sharing details will be discussed openly with anyone who joins the team.

We are tired of all these games that fails to scratch out itch in the genre so we decided to make a game that should of been made a long time ago.
