JUMBO MANA
Start-up specialized in Artificial Intelligence, Jumbo Mana is the first independent video game studio putting AI at the heart of its gameplay.
To do so, Jumbo Mana develops its own neural architectures allowing incremental learning according to the player’s behavior; allowing to have evolving enemies.
Following a fundraising, we are looking to expand the current development team to continue the development of our innovative video game.
Missions
The main mission of the employee will be to translate the visual atmosphere of the art direction through textures and modeling of the environment. He/she will be our reference on textures and will guarantee the legibility of our scenes and the optimization of our 3D creations in Unreal Engine 5.
The missions will be :
- Participate actively in the development and evolution of the game.
- Create complex modeling of textured objects (high and low poly)
- Create Substance and/or Unreal shaders
- Composing Unreal scenes in accordance with the level art
- Compose an intentional lighting of the environment
- Correct the reaction of objects to light (shader / UV lightmap)
- Propose solutions to reconcile the creative vision with the restrictions of the Unreal engine.
- Optimization of the game related to real time.
- Stay on top of the state of the art and pass on knowledge to the team.
Profile
Good experience in the creation of environments under Unreal Engine, you have 3 years of experience in the video game industry. Passionate about video games and Artificial Intelligence. Dynamic, autonomous and rigorous. Good general knowledge of technologies, adaptability, autonomy and team spirit. Must be a team player and sensitive to software engineering processes and Quality.
- Experience with the Unreal Engine;
- Software mastered: Unreal Engine, 3DS Max / Blender or Maya, ZBrush, Substance;
- Sense of teamwork.
