Paid Blueprint work for massive Unreal Engine game – $250 flat or rev-share

Compensation: Rev-share or flat fee. Only one contributor will receive a $250 flat payout for completing 3 universal Blueprint bases (under NDA). Rev-share is available to up to three contributors, structured as a percentage of sales until a flat fee is reached, with optional lifetime payments if the game enters profit mode.

I’ve already purchased several assets—enough to build the first rendition of the game for beta testing. If we make fast progress toward market readiness, I plan to acquire more around tax time to expand the build. The goal is to have systems running by 2030, and I’m hoping to onboard at least three permanent contributors. That said, I’ll gladly accept standalone Blueprint work if that’s all you’re offering.

The initial task is to build 3 universal Blueprint bases for monster models. These will be used to create modular creatures, with a pre-made logic flow and embedded notes showing where animations, moves, and other details will be slotted in later. I care less about coding norms and more about creative, functional systems that follow a simplistic path.

You’ll have full flexibility to work between 1pm and 6pm CST, and I ask that you stream your progress via Discord so I can direct as needed to ensure the systems match the vision. I only speak English and will host interviews on Discord after privately disclosing my contact info.

Requirements:

  • Unreal Engine 5.6 experience

  • Strong Blueprint skills

  • Comfortable with procedural content generation (PCG)

  • Able to build maps from simple layout sketches or logic flows

  • Willing to work under NDA

  • Able to stream work via Discord during agreed hours

  • English-speaking

Important Notes:

  • Only one contributor will receive the $250 flat payment for completing the initial Blueprint task.

  • Up to three contributors may be invited into the rev-share path, which pays a percentage of sales until a flat fee is reached.

  • Lifetime payments are possible if the game enters profit mode, but only for the life of the game. If the game is discontinued, payments end.

  • Both paths—flat fee and rev-share—are covered under NDA.

  • Payment terms will be verbally agreed upon after I disclose the full scope of the game and expectations.
