We are looking for a Blueprint developer to develop/modify a VR Pawn actor with specific features that we need for a linear narrative VR project we are developing in Unreal 5.3
We are specifically looking to have a custom VR Pawn with the below attributes/functionality developed:
- Ability to attach/detach objects to/from the HMD Camera via Sequencer
- Ability to set the HMD camera location/rotation via Sequencer
- Ability to have pre-set camera location for the HMD Camera that can be toggled between with a key press and will set the camera rotation as well as location
- Example: Press E to move to the next position (this will move the camera to this location and set a predefined rotation, height, etc. at this location but still allow freedom of head movement)
This is for a project that we currently have in development and we will have opportunity for development of other components after this immediate task has been taken care of.
