I am looking for an Unreal Engine C++ Programmer who recode the Unreal Engine Build 4.27 to achieve true Anime Cel Shading. We try it since years to achieve this goal. But its impossible with the current engine piepline and the limitation of the shaders and post processing.
I have refs what I am imaging for cel shading and anime lighting (Composite).
