I’m getting an error on an empty file I just opened.
Also, my epic games launcher crashes and crashes.

Mistake:
When I first received this error, I could not solve the problem and formatted the computer, then I installed unreal engine 5.2.1 and visual studio 2022 and downloaded the necessary SDKs, then I turned on the engine, created an empty blank file and tried to export, but I encountered this error.

Also, I have an existing project on a different computer and I am getting a cook failed when packaging it, and the cook error is as follows;
