Hi ,
- What OS are you packaging to?
- Is this a shipping or development build?
- Does this occur in a clean, blank project with no additional content or is it limited to one project?
- Do you already have a copy of the project packaged to the filepath you are packaging to?
- What steps are you taking that reproduce this on your end?
Hello
I am Packaging to : Windows 64 bit
This is an development build
The error does not occur in a clean blank project
I have created a new filepath for the project
After some trial and error I noticed that I could pack an earlier version of my project
The one that was giving me the error was a clone of that project, so I wondered if I could recreate the error and sure enough ,any time I clone a project, I get this error in the build
ERROR: Exception in mscorlib: An item with the same key has already been added.
I was able to migrate the map from the project that would not build to an earlier version that was a clean build not a clone and it worked, no errors
Thanx for your response
Is there any asset that is in the map in your later build that isn’t in the previous build? It may be that there is an underlying error with a newer asset that is causing the error you are seeing.
Hi ,
We have not heard from you in several days. I am marking this as answered for tracking purposes. If you are still experiencing this error, please comment with the requested information.
packaging failed for me… How to fix it???
Hi ThiruDreamWare,

Hi ,
- Its for windows 64 bit
- Its a shipping build.
- No its occurred in my current project, building for black project is successful.
- yes
- rectified all errors, deleted all unused meshes and materials, tested in 4.9 with VS 2013 and 4.11 with VS 2015, Migrated.------ getting the same problem.
- If you remove the packaged project you currently have at the location you are packaging to, then package your project, does it work correctly or are you still seeing this error?
- Did the project package before and now it won’t?
- What changes were made between when it did and did not package if so?
