Packing error - class not an instance of skeletal class

Hi all please can you look at the below output log. I cant get around it and fails no matter what I try. What I can guess is it is expecting MainHand variable to an instance of skeletal mesh component. However, it has never been this and always been a static mesh component? I have gone through references etc to make sure nothing is trying to input a skeletal mesh component anywhere

Any ideas??

I solved this by transferring just the levels I needed to a fresh project
