Hi all,
I have no idea what to do or how to fix this crashing issue on my packed build. Maybe I’m something wrong, but I’m totally stuck. The game I’m working on is fine within the editor, the output log doesn’t state any errors yet the packaged build crashes… Maybe it’s packaging for windows 10? I’m on windows 7, so that might be an issue? Please help!
Is there anything I can attach or send to make this easier to fix?
Thanks

This is the only file I can upload from the crash diagnostics folder, it also states: '"MachineId:FF4F40134F2F0D3FB49519B502468B59
EpicAccountId:73bbfcf4f3c746588e371dc5f9018622
You do not have any debugging symbols required to display the callstack for this crash."
Looking at the output log gives me these warnings:

No critical errors or reasons as to why the packaged game would crash
110117-ue4game.log (3.06 KB)

I’ve just tried packaging a blank project and template project and they all come up with the exact same warnings

so my guess now would be to look into the blueprints, however where would I look for the game to cause an instant crash on boot when launched with the packaged project? It makes no sense to me because it works perfectly fine in the editor!

Update - I’ve tried deleting all of my blueprints and matinees in the project then packaged it, but the crash on the launch of the packaged project still happens. So confused now.

Please verify your engine by opening the Epic Games Launcher and clicking on the down arrow and selecting ‘verify’. Once that’s complete, please delete your Intermediate and Saved folders from your project, reopen your project in the engine and try to package.
If that does not work, please reply back with updated logs. If you used a source version of the build, I would consider pulling it back down.
Thanks!
