Currently going through the warnings to see if changing them will fix it, but if anyone could see something that stands out to cause the error let me know.
Edit: All warnings except the DLSS one are gone now, but it still fails.
Edit 2: All warnings are gone, updated pastebin. Still same error.
Edit 3: Fixed it. Go into VS Installer and enable the option under > Modify > Individual Components > MSVC v143 - VS 2022 C++ x64/x86 build tools (v14.36-17.6)
