Packaging Warning texture streaming pool size / scalability issue

When packaging I get the following warning:

warning: setting the console variable r.streaming.poolsize with setbyscalability was ignored as it is low priority than the previous setbyproject settings

I set the pool size in the .ini file but cannot find where in the editor / packaging process it is trying to override that line?

Any help would be really appreciated thanks!

I’m in your same situation, also validated engine files but no luck… every setting is default but it still gives same error
