Packaging System Crash 4.14.3

I had this problem ever since I started using Unreal 4.14.3: When I go to package my project, everything is fine for the first few minutes, then my CPU and Memory goes through the roof! My computer Hangs, sometimes unfreezes, hangs again and crashes my entire computer. When my computer crashes, Windows 10 gives me a blue screen and then restarts my computer. I’m not sure if its just my computer or if anyone else is having the same problem. I tried migrating it to a different project, and the same thing happened. I need help troubleshooting.

Of course, but it seems that I can’t find the crash logs. I might have lost the directory

You can access your crash logs by looking the the Project/Saved/Logs folder for your project.

I have a couple more questions about your issue:

  1. Could you post your DxDiag?
  2. Are your drivers up to date?
  3. Does this only affect version 4.14.3?
  4. does this affect every 4.14.3 project on your machine?

Am I Missing Something?

The information you have provided is not relevant at this time, where did you obtain those lines of code? There should be a ProjectName.log file in the ProjectName/Saved/Logs folder that contains the crash information. Could you also answer the questions I have asked above? Having those answered will help me investigate your issue further.

Sorry for not responding right away and uploading the incorrect file:

  1. I don’t know what my DxDiag is or where it is located
  2. My drivers are indeed up to date, the last check was March 21st, 2017
  3. This seems to affect 4.14.3 and up
  4. I have to get back to you on that, I haven’t test that quite yet

Packaging for other projects work, so it might just be the project I’m trying to package.

From your logs, I’m seeing a lot of Accessed None warnings and errors. Resolving these issues may allow your project to finish packaging.

I have some things I would like you to try:

  1. Have you tried deleting your saved and intermediate folders before you package?
  2. If you have not tried this yet, could you?
  3. If your package still fails could you upload the new cook log?

I’ve actually decided to start a new project and migrate my assets to it, It saved me some Trouble.
