Thank you for reporting the issue that you have been seeing, I have attempted to reproduce this issue using the steps that you have provided and have been unsuccessful with seeing the error. All of the packaging is being completed. Would there be any additional steps I could be missing?
Could you also attach your log files and your Dxdiag to this post?
