Packaging Issue: Build Fail at Automation, Tool UBT error

Here is the error log, I think it has to do with the .target.cs file but I am unsure how to proceed to fix it.
Also I have only used blueprinting in the project.

Is this your full log? If not, could you provide your complete log? This way I will have more information to go on.

Could you try using Visual Studio Setup Wizard (via Control Panel) to repair Visual Studio and let me know if this makes a difference?

After running the repair, I was given the message that microsoft visual c++ redistributable (x64) and (x86) had duplicates of their latest versions. After uninstalling each of the duplicates the package ran successfully.
