Packaging HTML5

Looks like in the latest updates Packaging to HTML5 was removed.

Would it be possible to re-integrate this wonderful HTML5 packaging feature?
Where can I find a documentation to install the extension for the latest Unreal version?

I think you need to install an older version of the UE4 (I think it was 4.23, but I’m not 100% sure) or try it with pixel streaming maybe ? That is what I’m about to try soon.
