Packaging for Windows 64-bit Issue

First off I’m not sure if this is the correct place to post this question so I appologise if it isn’t.

When I click package for Windows 32-bit or 64-bit it opens a web browser window with the Unreal Engine 4 Documentation (https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-US/Engine/Tutorial/Installation/InstallingVisualStudioTutorial.InstallingVisualStudioTutorial/index.html) From all the videos I’ve watched this isn’t ment to happen.

As an alternative I’ve used “Cook Content for Windows” and althought the process completes successfully there are no files in the directory folder I secified as the destination.

Does anyone have any idea why this maybe happening?

Kind regards
Chris

You might be missing some libraries to be installed with Visual Studio maybe ?

Thanks I’m just downloading the latest Visual Studio 2019 now so hopefully this will fix the issue.

Visual Studio 2017 should give the best compatibility with Unreal Engine up to 4.23
