Packaging for iOS was working fine, now I get the error "Platform iOS is not a valid platform to build. Check that the SDK is installed properly"

Have packaged this project over 100 times in the past week then suddenly this morning I get this error saying that the SDK is not installed properly. I have tried recertifying and getting a new mobile provision but the error persists. Any tips?
