Packaging failure - exit code 5

Hi!

I ran into a problem whilst trying to build one of the official UE4 tutorials. The tutorial series im talking about is this one: Blueprint Multiplayer: Lobby Player Controller | 12 | v4.11 Tutorial Series | Unreal Engine - YouTube.

I try to package it after this specific episode. I will post my packaging log, I do not use any third party plugins, i did as the tutorial suggests. Packaging fails with either shipping mode or development mode, either with 32 or 64 bit mode. Please aid me in fixing this problem.

Go to Windows SDK and emulator archive | Microsoft Developer and download Windows SDK v8.1. Then restart your computer.

nvm i see it doesnt find the c++ compiler.

though i have no clue, how im i supposed to fix it, from where this thing should be installed?

Did you restart your computer?

yes! Also i found out i was mistaken. when i tried to compile it for the first time, i had thought it will install everything needed. Turns out you have to rerun the installer and then manually check the c++ language for installion.
