I cannot package my projects as it shows “UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path ‘C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.18\Engine\Programs\AutomationTool\Saved’ is denied.” in the log

Oh now I get it. You should run the editor in the Administrator mode.
