Packaging failed (invalid data while decoding)

hi… hope someone help me before i kill myself (joking xD)

i’m trying to package my project and that error keeps showing

I am also having the same issue. If anyone figures this out I’d love to see what they come up with.

So far I’ve tried reinstalling all SDK’s, placing a fxr file into multiple suspect folders. I’ve installed Microsoft’s VSS and installed every single dev tool and SDK option.

Most recent attempt was to go into User app data and delete the cache folders for UE and nuget stuff.
