Ive tried this with two of my projects and i get the same error, I dont get the error when i start up a new project and try to package.

Also my editor crashes while trying to Validate Assets, one note is that

this is searching for something in my computers recovery drive? Not sure why.

Is there anything i can do to fix this issue ive tried a bunch of different manner of things i feel and i just cant figure out my issue? Do i have to start over?
