I have this project I want to publish. I’ve got this error.

I have downloaded the software you mentioned.
I still get the error. Is there anything that i should do than downloading the software?

This is a different error. No 32-bit compiler toolchain found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\bin\cl.exe UATHelper: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)): Simply use your favorite search engine to find how to fix this one. Should lead you to installing the 32-bit compiler toolchain. If you still haven’t figured it out in a while and searched your heart out, let me know.
