Packaging error

hi,
i have a lg g3 smartphone (android atc Qualcomm Snapdragon)
use ue 4.12 ,
i have installed visual studio community 2013 ( i have removed visual studio community2015 )
and i have installed android codeworks (see android sdk.jpg)
in project setting i have platform file writeable (see platform android.jpg )
the devices it’s see from ue 4.12
but launch device failed packaging (see error packaging.txt)
please help me

Could you please check and make sure you have everything installed for your engine?

Please open up the Epic Games Launcher and click on the down arrow and select ‘Options’.

Once you’ve done that, make sure everything is selected that’s needed for how you use the Engine.
