On packaging off projects i got the same error:

Previous Day it worked without a error. I hope someone can help me.

Crash happens on windows kernel (kernelbase.dll):

So UE4 using it wrong or there is incompatibility, so what windows version do you use? that information will be helpful to this error raport i think

That looks like a crash error, does your project completely crash, or does the build fail? Can you attach the entirety of your output log to this thread as a txt file?
