Packaging Error for Windows

I went to package my game up for Windows, but it keeps failing over and over. I already installed the Windows SDK. I also noticed that when I go to Platforms > Windows, AutoSDK is blank. This is from the output log:

Is this why it isn’t working, and can someone tell me how to fix it?
