Packaging breaks twin-stick character rotation

Hello everyone!

I’m working on a twin-stick shooter prototype, playable with a controller. Everything works fine in editor for now. To have it tested and get feedback, I wanted to make a build on Windows. However it seems packaging the game breaks character rotation, making it impossible to test out. Other mechanics work just fine. I have no clue where the problem may come from.
