Packaging Android on Mac

Trying to package to Android which i have done no problem on a prior windows computer.

When I attempt:
file → Package —> android —> texture version

all it does is open the link:
https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-US/Engine/Tutorial/Mobile/SettingUpAndroidTutorial.SettingUpAndroidTutorial/index.html

The output log looks like:

No idea what i’m missing. I have android works, the newest java, xcode and visual studio installed.
I have made a signing key (it might have an issue as it appears to no longer allow me to create one using RSA if I try to make a replacement. While the password section has gone blank (and, admittedly i have forgotten it.)

Any ideas? best thing I can think of is that tendency for some stuff to get moved around in mac
