Packaging 5.2 Stuck in Maintenance

LogDerivedDataCache: C:/Users/******/AppData/Local/UnrealEngine/Common/DerivedDataCache: Maintenance finished in +00:03:00.017 and deleted 0 files with total size 0 MiB and 0 empty folders. Scanned 96475 files in 89521 folders with total size 13968 MiB.

That command keeps looping over and over again, on the hour. It’s cleaning up my cache but finding nothing to clean out and it’s just repeating that command. It’s been running for 10+ hours with no progress. If you look at the image below at the timestamps…it’s down to the millisecond that it’s updating this command on the hour.

My 5.1 version packages just fine and runs np and it too also runs this command, but only once and it doesn’t hang there for more than 30-60s.

Hello friend, were you able to solve this problem? My project has been packed for 16 hours and the same message.

Same here, my game build has been going for long time (5+ hours), I wonder if I just leave it running or should I restart.

So I found this on my way to solve this problem. Its basically linked to the Derived data cache maintenance, so all you need is to disable it during the packaging process; here is the Link
