Packages missing from my library / unable to test in older versions of engine

Summary I tried to download my package “Nuclear explosion UE”, but I can’t. I click on view in laucher, but I don’t have my package in the laucher. The package page says I have it in the library, but I don’t. I can’t download my asset. I can’t view my asset in the library or in the laucher. I can’t find it in the search. What type of bug are you experiencing? Other URL where the bug was encountered Steps to Reproduce I open the package page, click on “View in Laucher” and the laucher opens…

This seems like very old bug, that was reported multiple times. Why isn’t it fixed by now?
