packageing Error with needed plugin. Help!!

So I have a the serial COM plugin for reading input from an Arduino, I’m trying to package a project to have some people test it, as well as to see if it works when packages and not just in the engine play test.

I’m trying to export it, however it keeps coming up with new errors, I THINK I fixed one, but now its coming up with a new error. before it couldn’t read the plugin but now Its coming up with other errors regarding the project and everything i see seems to point to visual studio, but the only thing I can think to change that would fix it is a roll back to a version I have not ever installed before and that I cant seem to get visual studio to let me roll back, I’ve tried installing enterprise and community to see if I can roll it back to an older version but everywhere online says that I would need to have had the previous version installed before in order to do that. and I’m not %100 sure that’s even the issue

I’m using blueprints and cant code to save my life and have no idea how to fix the errors in this to get it packaged. I cant attach the log as a new user here either but here it is copy/pasted:
